Ibrahim Agha
Ibrahim is a Forensic Bioengineer and Accident Reconstructionist with Aperture LLC. He combines a strong background in biomechanics and engineering principles to investigate accident dynamics and analyze injury mechanisms across a wide range of incident types, including vehicular collisions, slip/trip and fall incidents, falling object cases, and recreational accidents. His work involves forensic evidence collection, simulation, biomedical analysis, and expert reporting for litigation support.
In 2023, Ibrahim earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Biomechanics from Wayne State University, graduating Cum Laude. During his academic career, he was an active member of the Biomedical Engineering Society and was inducted into Tau Beta Pi’s National Engineering Honor Society.
Ibrahim brings hands-on industry experience through his prior role as an ATD Engineering Intern at Humanetics Innovative Solutions, where he contributed to the redesign of the THOR-5F abdomen component to improve crash dummy biofidelity and durability. His research experience also includes conducting laboratory investigations into neuroinflammation and neural connectivity loss following subconcussive brain injuries, developing a mechanically functional arm prosthesis for transradial amputees, and creating a visual prosthesis prototype for individuals suffering from retinal degeneration during his undergraduate studies.
Certified in Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) technology and Event Data Recorder (EDR) analysis, Ibrahim has also completed specialized training in fundamental crash investigation techniques and collision scene photogrammetry. As an FAA-certified Part 107 Drone Pilot, he incorporates aerial documentation methods to enhance accident reconstruction analysis.
With a multidisciplinary foundation spanning biomechanics, forensic engineering, crash safety device development, and biomedical research, Ibrahim continuously expands his expertise. His strong technical acumen, passion for injury prevention, and commitment to advancing forensic science allow him to deliver detailed, scientifically robust analyses to support clients and the broader legal community.
