Since 2004, Mr. Moore has forensically investigated and testified in a number of litigation cases in the State of California that cover a wide variety of topics including Premises Liability, Slips, Trips & Falls, Product Defects, Safety and Mechanical Engineering and Vehicle Accident Reconstruction. Relative to these assignments, his duties have included: inspections of incident sites and production of associated photographs, video, diagrams, and animations; research of building codes and industry standards; reconstruction of vehicle accidents, including calculations and animations; development of technical reports, declarations, and expert opinions in preparation for expert depositions and trial.

In 2006, Mr. Moore successfully obtained a certification for the operation and testing of the English XL Variable Incidence Tribometer and has conducted slip resistance testing on numerous floor surfaces and flooring types. In 2011, Mr. Moore became duly licensed as a Professional Engineer in Mechanical Engineering by the State of California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists. In 2020, Mr. Moore successfully acquired the designation of a Board-Certified Diplomate in Forensic Engineering (DFE) under the requisites accredited by the Council on Engineering & Scientific Specialty Boards (CESB).

In 2013, Mr. Moore opened the Northern California office in the San Francisco Bay Area, a branch office serving Northern and Central California. Mr. Moore is the Principal Manager of the Northern California office and supervises all operations throughout Northern and Central California. Mr. Moore also works directly with licensed Architects, Civil Engineers, Safety Engineers and General Contractors.
