Troy Schoppe is originally from San Antonio where he worked as a Metrology Technician, Field Surveyor, and Professor’s Assistant while studying at the University of Texas at San Antonio to become a Mechanical Engineer. Before graduating, he was recognized on the President’s List (an award highlighting those who achieved a 4.0GPA) and contributed to clubs like the American Society of Automotive Engineers. As the capstone to his education, Troy led a team of engineering students sponsored by HEB in designing and manufacturing a chicken seasoner.
Troy started his accident reconstruction career by assisting in field inspections for Aperture (formerly Scientific Analysis Inc.), before joining the team as a full Accident Reconstructionist. He continues to contribute in the office doing reconstruction and in the field as an investigator.
