Since 2009, Mr. Rosescu has been investigating a multitude of Aperture’s personal injury and wrongful death incidents. The spectrum of premises safety issues evaluated by Mr. Rosescu includes structural/architectural failures as well as roadway, highway and parking lot design deficiencies. Additionally, Mr. Rosescu is intimately familiar with safe practices for sidewalks, means of egress requirements and accessibility compliance. As a licensed Professional Engineer, Mr. Rosescu applies engineering practices and principles to investigating and analyzing incidents to determine causation and what preventative measures should have been taken to avoid such incidents. Furtherore, Mr. Rosescu does part-time structural design and analysis for single and multi-family dwellings, including load-bearing wall removal projects and soft-story retrofits.

Mr. Rosescu obtained his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University in 2008 and 2012, respectively, and is currently earning his Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
