Nathan Leicht is an Accident Reconstructionist with Aperture (formerly Scientific Analysis Inc.). Nathan began working at Aperture in June 2023 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas. At UTD he was a recipient of the Academic Excellence Scholarship (AES). His senior design team won second place, designing a test bench for pneumatic systems in truck and trailer suspension, brakes, and lift axles.

As an Accident Reconstructionist, he has experience with 3D laser scanners, GPS surveying, photography, drones, software including AutoCAD, Blender 3D, Cyclone 3DR, Pix4D, Photomodeler, and Human Vehicle Environment. Nathan is also a Texas Department of Public Safety Private Investigator and is a certified remote pilot of small-unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) through the FAA.
