Michael Harris is a licensed civil engineer and attorney with over forty years of construction experience, including seventeen years in scheduling and construction management, and over twenty-five years specializing in construction delay, acceleration, disruption, loss of efficiency, and termination disputes. His prior construction management experience includes service as an inspector, scheduler, construction engineer, project manager, contracts manager, and scheduling/ estimating department manager.  He has prepared detailed and master schedules, reviewed technical submittals, performed constructability reviews, developed cost studies, and managed construction of large projects.  Since 1994 Mr. Harris has primarily focused on forensic analysis of schedule impacts to construction projects caused by various issues, including production inefficiencies, weather, design issues, change orders, manpower, differing site conditions, management, and material shortages.  He is skilled in construction claims analysis and litigation support.  Mr. Harris has assisted clients in numerous mediations and has testified as an expert in arbitrations and litigation.
