Leah Czarnecki is a Forensic Expert with Aperture (formerly Scientific Analysis Inc.). Leah has been with Aperture since May 2023. In 2021, Leah earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Arkansas. During her time at the University of Arkansas, Leah worked under the supervision of a biomedical engineering professor and a cardiovascular engineer developing prototypes for medical devices. After graduating, Leah interned at a clinical research organization and worked in the healthcare field.
Leah has considerable experience in scene inspections and video analysis. She is proficient in AutoCAD, EOS Systems Inc.’s Photomodeler, FARO 3D Laser Scanner software, Engineering Dynamics Corporation’s Human Vehicle Environment (HVE), and Leica Cyclone 3DR. Leah is a Texas Department of Public Safety Private Investigator and is a certified remote pilot of small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) through the FAA.
