Mr. Huey has experience on a wide variety of personal injury-related matters at construction sites, industrial facilities, commercial, residential and agricultural properties, including streets and highways.

Since 1990, Mr. Huey was involved in construction management, architectural design and cost estimating, on large scale construction projects and sites involving high rise buildings, large scale commercial/residential developments, and tenant improvement projects in California, and Asia (China, Hong Kong, Thailand), from positions ranging from Project Engineer to Estimator to Sr. Architect.

Since 2000, Mr. Huey has been involved with forensic safety engineering, analysis and case management relevant to personal injuries at construction projects, residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural facilities and has conducted safety inspections and/or investigated more than 1,000 properties. Mr. Huey has worked for over 20 years on a daily basis with both Dr. Stephen C. Wexler, PE and Brad Avrit, PE of WEXCO International Corp. (now Aperture, LLC). He has worked on a daily basis with licensed Civil Engineers, Safety Engineers, Architects, General Contractors, Geotechnical and Structural Engineers, Materials Science Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers on a daily basis.

Mr. Huey has forensically investigated more than 10,000 litigation cases over 24 years, and specializes in complex and/or multi-party matters involving significant or fatal personal injuries, with expert consultation throughout all stages of the matter, from initial incident analysis and investigation, pre-litigation, to discovery, mediation, deposition and trial.
