
Daniel Grauerholz
Mr. Grauerholz began working in the construction industry in 2015 as a Project Engineer, Consultant, Manager, and Owner’s Representative for projects in and around the greater Southern California area. He has worked with a variety of licensed building and design professionals including Architects, General Contractors, Subcontractors, as well as Engineers involved in disciplines including MEP, Civil, Structural, Façade, and Geotechnical. In addition to this, Mr. Grauerholz has worked with landlords, developers, ownership teams, building inspectors, and real estate heads on new design, forensic, and retrofit projects.
Mr. Grauerholz has varied and substantial experience on a wide range of Construction projects, including tenant improvement and new construction for residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and public-sector properties. His expertise includes QA/QC monitoring, project controls, and resilient building practices from the inception of a project to closeout. He has performed property condition assessments, peer design review, field construction monitoring, and due diligence for structures ranging from low- to mid to high-rise.
Mr. Grauerholz has worked on more than 100 construction related projects that comprise a wide range of disciplines including construction quality assurance, risk analysis and management, budget and scheduling controls, as well as construction financing and construction defect assessment. He has performed work for properties located in California as well as Texas, Nevada, and Massachusetts.
