Cullen Fenton is an Accident Reconstructionist with Aperture LLC (formerly Scientific Analysis Inc.). Cullen earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University in 2019. He is a proficient user of the FARO 3D Laser Scanner and software such as Engineering Dynamics Corporation’s Human Vehicle Environment (HVE), Leica’s 3DReshaper, and Autodesk’s AutoCAD.  Mr. Fenton is a certified remote pilot of small unmanned aircraft systems (drones) by the FAA.  He is also currently a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and has his Engineer in Training (EIT) certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.

  • Accident investigation, reconstruction, and analysis for passenger cars, commercial motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, and pedestrian accidents through the employment of engineering and scientific disciplines, as well as computer simulation programs

  • Created and implemented interactive Excel VBA flow diagrams for global valve testing of various components
  • Designed special hydraulic coupler for testing of tubing hanger running assemblies saving $40k
  • Created and reviewed various engineering drawings and documentation for product release
