
Caesar is a licensed private investigator in California. He is also licensed in the state of Texas. He has extensive experience conducting investigations, searching for vehicles and people. He has conducted thousands of investigations over the course of his 30-year career as an investigator. In addition to his investigative career, Caesar has worked as a teacher for adult school. The combination of his investitive and teaching experience has allowed him to develop emotional intelligence and expertise in dealing with people. This is critical in persuading people to commit to vehicle inspections.
Caesar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California. He also holds an Adult School teaching credential also from the University of California, Los Angeles. A life-long learner, he is currently enrolled in a Master of Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California with an expected graduation date of summer of 2026.
Caesar is an active member of California’s Association of Licensed Investigators. The association is involved with the latest technology and investigative practices. He attends regular training to keep up on the latest developments and investigative techniques.
