Austin serves as the Senior Vice President & General Counsel for Aperture, where he oversees legal and professional risk across the company. He transitioned into this role after more than five years in a similar position at Bryant Consultants. Prior to joining Bryant, he practiced law for nearly seven years at Bracewell LLP, representing businesses in complex commercial disputes. In that role, he retained and worked extensively with expert witnesses. That experience gives Austin a practical understanding on the role expert witness services play throughout the litigation process. He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from SMU.
