Since 2010, Mr. Zaretskiy has performed multiple land development projects ranging from residential, commercial, hospitality, airport, and K-12 projects. Mr. Zaretskiy has prepared designs for site development elements such as roadway alignment, utility placement, site grading and hydrology, and site stormwater treatment and pollution prevention operations. Since 2018, Mr. Zaretskiy has performed multiple investigations of walkway accidents occurring at hotels, parking facilities, restaurants, commercial buildings, publicly maintained sidewalks, and personal residences. In the course of his work, he has developed a thorough working knowledge of current walkway safety standards, protocols, building codes, and Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) design guidelines. Mr. Zaretskiy is an expert in the field of walkway slip resistance and is a certified Tribometrist. Mr. Zaretskiy is well-versed in the application of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, ADA, International Building Code, California Building Code, and the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. Mr. Zaretskiy has applied his mechanical engineering background to the reconstruction of vehicular accidents that range in severity from minor property damage to multiple-vehicle collisions. He is an accredited Vehicle Accident Reconstructionist by the Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction. His reconstruction expertise includes accidents involving personal and commercial vehicles ranging from passenger to commercial vehicles. Mr. Zaretskiy has been certified by the Institute of Police and Technology Management by the University of North Florida as a Bosch CDR Tool Technician.
