Wexco rebrands as Aperture

National forensics engineering firm, Aperture, LLC (“Aperture”), a Trinity Hunt Partners (“THP”) portfolio company, acquired WEXCO in 2020. Starting immediately, WEXCO will rebrand as Aperture and continue to provide full-service expert analysis, but with a broader reach and a deeper bench.

“We are excited for the next phase of our relationship,” commented Robert Joyce, President and CEO of Aperture. “It is crucial to continue to build Aperture across the country, and we look forward to combining our teams and experience under one mission in order to significantly expand the value we can bring to our clients.”

WEXCO is a construction consulting, safety, engineering & management firm serving the needs of the construction and legal industry since 1969. Project experiences have been broad, including residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial; public and private; building and highway; and for a significant variety of clients and project types.

Brad Avrit, President of WEXCO, commented, “WEXCO is excited to announce its name change to Aperture today. After over 50 years as WEXCO, we have recently partnered with multiple other best-in-class forensic engineering teams to form a collective group, Aperture, that provides a wider range of services over a larger geographical footprint. We are now, more than ever, better able to serve our clients with the attention to detail, necessary tools, and talented people needed to bring truth into focus. We are proud of this next step in the evolution of our business, and look forward to continuing to build a world class team.”
