Sam Attal-Watts is a Forensic Engineer with Aperture (formerly WEXCO). Sam has been with Aperture since 2018 and during that time has analyzed over 1,000 cases involving construction defects, product defects, safety engineering, premises liability, and building code compliance issues. Prior to Aperture, Sam worked as a project engineer performing calculations and general project oversight for dozens of bridge construction and retrofit projects in within the southwestern United States. He has also worked as a validation engineer auditing records and ensuring operational compliance for the assets held by California’s second largest gas distributor.
In 2015, Sam earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the Pacific. Sam is a licensed Civil Engineer in the state of Nevada and New York. In addition, Sam is a certified XL Tribometrist and has completed the OSHA 30-Hour Certificate for construction.
