
Philip Rosescu
Forensic Engineer
Philip Rosescu is a Forensic Engineer with Aperture (formerly WEXCO). Philip is responsible for investigating Aperture’s personal injury and wrongful death incidents. When it comes to premises safety issues, Philip has special expertise in investigating structural and architectural failures, roadway, highway and parking lot design deficiencies, accessibility compliance, and product defect matters. With these investigations, his duties include inspecting incident sites, producing associated measurements, and producing visual aids. In addition, Philip performs any necessary calculations and uses them to develop reports, declarations, and expert opinions in preparation for depositions and trials.
Philip earned both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University in 2008 and 2012, respectively. As a licensed Professional Engineer, he applies engineering practices and principles to investigating and analyzing incidents to determine causation as well as what preventative measures should have been taken to avoid such incidents.
