Alexander McDonald

Alexander McDonald is a Forensic Expert with Aperture (formerly Scientific Analysis Inc.) specializing in the forensic analysis of automotive accidents. Alexander has worked with Aperture since 2021. Prior to working for Aperture, Alexander attended college at Texas Tech University. In 2021, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in mathematics. Alexander is a proficient user of the FARO 3D Laser Scanner and software such as Engineering Dynamics Corporation’s Human Vehicle Environment (HVE), EOS Systems Inc.’s Photomodeler, Autodesk’s AutoCAD, and Blender. He is also a certified remote pilot of small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) by the FAA.
